FAQ
Quick answers about Atlas, your account, tracking, Premium and your data.
About Atlas
Atlas is an app for logging food and workouts. It uses your own logs to adjust your plan as you go, so the plan keeps fitting you.
The food diary and the workout log are free to use. See Premium for what we can say about paid features.
Atlas is available on Android through Google Play.
Not yet. The iPhone version is coming soon. We will announce it on the home page when it is in the App Store.
Account
Open the Atlas app and sign in with the account you created there. If you cannot get in, email us and we will help.
Follow the steps on the Delete account page. Deleting your account removes your account and the data attached to it.
Food tracking
Atlas adds up the calories, protein, carbs and fat of the foods you log. Daily targets are estimates based on your profile and goal, and they are meant as a starting point, not an exact figure.
Yes. You can change your calorie and macro goals in the app whenever your situation or preferences change.
Training
Atlas starts from your goal and what you tell it about your training. As you log workouts and meals, it looks at what you actually did and updates your targets and training, so the plan follows your real numbers instead of an average person's.
Yes. The workout log lets you track exercises, sets and reps as you train.
Privacy & data
To run the app we use basic account information (such as your email and name) and what you choose to log, such as workouts and food. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
There is no self-service export yet. If you want a copy of your data, email us. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Health & safety
No. Atlas content is educational. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a doctor or another qualified professional before changing your training or nutrition.
